Terms and Conditions of Booking

Nomad Adventure Escapes

1. General

Nomad Adventure Escapes (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers curated adventure experiences, including retreats and guided travel activities. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “the client”, “the participant”) and Nomad Adventure Escapes.

2. Eligibility and Health Requirements

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Due to the physically demanding nature of our activities, participants must be in good health and possess a reasonable level of fitness. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or allergies at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline participation based on medical or safety concerns.

3. Bookings and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The balance is due no later than 60 days before the start date of your trip.
• If booking within 60 days of the trip start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments must be made via approved methods outlined on our website.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

By the Participant:

• Cancellations more than 60 days before the start date will receive a refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations between 30–60 days will receive 50% refund of the total cost.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.

By Nomad Adventure Escapes:

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, a full refund will be offered or the booking transferred to a future date.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and adventure activities. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to trip commencement. Participants without valid insurance may be denied participation without refund.

6. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to follow all instructions and safety protocols provided by our guides. Disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior may result in your removal from the activity or trip, without entitlement to a refund.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Adventure travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, accidents, injury, illness, or loss of property. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Nomad Adventure Escapes, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise during your participation.

You may be required to sign an additional waiver and indemnity form before participation.

8. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational concerns. We will endeavor to provide an experience of similar value, but cannot guarantee adherence to the advertised itinerary.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Photography and Marketing

You consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to departure.

11. Website Terms of Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it for fraudulent purposes or to transmit harmful or illegal content. All content on the site is the intellectual property of Nomad Adventure Escapes and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
