General Questions
What’s included in the price of a retreat?
Each retreat includes:
- Guided adventure activities
- Lodging in scenic, comfortable accommodation
- Daily meals and refreshments
- Wellness sessions (yoga, breathwork, sauna/cold plunge)
- On-site transport during the retreat
- Flights and travel insurance are not included.
What kind of accommodation is provided?
We stay in cozy lodges or nature-based cabins with a warm, communal feel. Twin-share rooms are standard, with private room upgrades available on request.
Do I need to be super fit to join?
Not at all. Our retreats suit people with a moderate level of fitness. If you can hike for a few hours, enjoy the outdoors, and like to be active, you’ll be just fine.
Can beginners join?
Absolutely! Our trips are perfect for beginners. Our expert guides will support you through every adventure, whether it’s your first cold water swim or first hike. If you are worried about this we also offer a trip to introduce you to the outdoors and different methods used to help you with your wellness. What should I bring?
After booking, you’ll receive a detailed packing list. Essentials usually include:
- Hiking boots
- Swimwear
- Waterproof clothing
- Activewear
- A daypack
Booking & Payment
How do I book a retreat?
You can book directly through our website booking page. A deposit is required to secure your spot, and final payment is due 6–8 weeks before departure.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation options. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before the retreat, or transferable to a future retreat. Full terms available at checkout.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! However, our deposits must be paid in full. We offer flexible payment plans so you can spread the cost over several months. Just select the installment option at checkout.
During the Retreat
What kind of food is provided?
We serve fresh, nourishing meals made with local ingredients. We happily cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs – just let us know in advance.
What kind of activities are included?
Each retreat blends adventure and wellness. You can expect a mix of:
- Hiking and scrambling
- Wild swimming
- Yoga and breathwork
- Sauna and cold plunge
- Visits to local spots (like breweries or viewpoints)
Will there be free time?
Yes. While our retreats are full of experiences, we include downtime for rest, reflection, and soaking in the surroundings.
How big are the groups?
We keep it small and personal – typically 8 to 12 guests per retreat for a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
Practical Info
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. All participants must have travel insurance that covers outdoor activities and medical emergencies.
How do I get to the retreat location?
Once booked, you’ll receive detailed travel instructions including nearby airports/train stations. In many cases, we offer group transfers from a central location.
Is this suitable for solo travelers?
Definitely. Many of our guests travel solo – it’s a great way to connect with like-minded people and share meaningful experiences.
What if the weather is bad?
We’re built for adventure, rain or shine. Our experienced guides will adjust plans if needed to keep you safe and ensure you still have an epic experience.
